These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at giggabit.co.uk (the "Site") operated by GIGGABIT LTD ("GIGGABIT", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About us and our services

GIGGABIT provides a range of technology and connectivity-related services, which may include (without limitation):

  • technology consultancy;
  • WISP (wireless internet service provider) services;
  • network installation;
  • artificial intelligence services;
  • software development;
  • home security; and
  • home automation.

Specific services are agreed separately (for example in a written proposal, statement of work, or contract). The Site is for general information and enquiries unless expressly stated otherwise.

Enquiries and contact forms

Submitting an enquiry or contact form through the Site does not create a contract or obligation for either party to enter into any engagement. Any work, quotation, or supply of services will only proceed on agreed terms confirmed in writing between you and GIGGABIT.
